Sadly Dozy decided that he was waiting for no-one, and was going to fade off tucked up in his 'fluffbum' (his hammock!) He was one of flicks sons and I was hoping to use him as a dad in the future, but unfortunatly he made his mind that that was not to be. Bless you lil man, you will be missed especially by mum

Poppy

A lovely little rat that we aquired back in 2004, unfortunalty she was always to small to breed from. All the same she loved people and even came down to do the horses with me in my pocket!

Fidget (right) and Tigger (left)

These were the first two rats that I ever had, and after badgering about them for six months to my parents they finally relented and i got them Christmas Day 2003! Then Fidget got the nickname of Jaws much to my annoyance as he bit my mother on his first day! However apart from that they rarely stepped out of line and both made brilliant pets

Pickle (left) and Honey (right)

These ratties belonged to my sister, they were a christmas present in 2004, they both made amazing pets and Pickle produced a litter of babies to us, pictures are in the photo album. Honey however who was always slightly smaller never produced any babies but was an amazing aunt and adored them all, that was until they killed her crinkle tube!

Pearl (left) and Holly (right)

These were the first two breeding rats that I purchased, they both produced me brilliant babies, pictures in photo album. However not long after I weaned Hollys babies from her she became very ill and we lost her quickly after. Pearl however was very healthy and kept on going but we only ever bred one litter from her.

Flick

The daddy of all our babies and a very special rat, he was purchased with the does Pearl and Holly. However he was only ever a one man game and lived a very happy life by himself, he was the friendliest, gentlest and most amazing dad that I have ever known. He adored and was adored by everyone that met him, and passed on his placid and easy going temperament onto everyone of his babies.
He is very sadly missed and if Dozy keeps going for us the girls first litter will be a tribute to this amazing rat
